Pros
The people (except management) are really good. Lots to learn.
Cons
Long working hours. Alternate Saturdays working. HR is not employee friendly. No work-life balance. Management can be as abusive as it pleases them, nobody is going to make it stop. No increments/hikes. No variable component given out in last 2 years.
