Pros
Did a Blunder and joined this bad company....just like other thousands of people I took the wrong decision to join them seeing the high salary....came here and found out this is just a Paan shop ( or worse even )
Cons
No Ethics, No Moral values , No systems , No process.....just running the show like a Paan shop..... Taking top people at hefty salary ,using them for a year and throwing them away after use !!!! Every month taking a loan fm New bank and changing employee salary account is not how a company is
