Till band 3 you are treated as a resource which is there to exploit Band 4 and 5 are people who are way to traditional at their approch for change and denies any data driven decision over their gut feel, which is horrible as the P&L keeps on loosing track and they keep on coming up with the excuse every damn quarter.
