Pros
Future Group as a company is a fun to work especially with lot of engagement activities which runs along with our daily routine job. Some of the concepts like Tattva, Flexi Timings, Work from Home etc. has been a big plus for the employees.
Cons
Not much to say and this is my 5th company and I think all company have some disadvantages and we need to look which is on the higher side and I can surely tell that working at Future Group has lot of advantages in comparison to disadvantages.
