Pros
Work culture is remarkably well. Have enough platform for learning and development. Job security is very well assured.
Cons
Work life balance is very poor at store level. But at the same time, back end team enjoying the work life balance. This makes store people de-motivated and creates a feeling of imbalance. Store people have to sacrifice all holidays and festives but at the same time back end people enjoys the same.
