under staff found out why quickly one Hilo to load or rec trucks but two docks a supervisor who talks big in the interview but i should have seen the red flags . unable to keep staff . i found out why quickly in 2 days he is no leader he doesn't like change .you have to shrink wrap over 200 pallets a day and band them by hand why is there no shrink wrapper in whse. Rf scanners are garbage old and bulky and the signal in the warehouse is horrible. told to pick but i was never train on how to use the equipment the right way the guy that show me was just learning himself very unsafe . No horns be blown while backing up on a hilo improper training or lack of training . there in house network ran slow and again very outdated .
