      Some other smart, good people in Marketing, but she'l force them away soon.

      Cons

      Catherine is a pretty poor leader, because she's never studied marketing. Can you imagine a CFO who never studied accounting? She micro-manages everyone and picks favorites (not the best and brightest) but the average and mediocre, who don't threaten her.
