Pros
Nice working environment in the Argentina office. The expected benefits of a registered job.
Cons
- Extremely narcissistic and misogynistic executives. - The owners propose strategies according to their current caprice. They don't take strategic initiatives and are not competent in that area. They are also facing legal issues, you can easily check on the newspapers. - Benefits are being cut as well as flexibility. Activities that build team spirit have also been cut. - There are no real opportunities for growth. The company avoids promotions in all areas. Or there are promotions, but without salary increases, which makes no sense. - The company's tone of communication is aggressive. - There is no HR to help. - Bonuses have not been paid. - No resolution of problems escalated to superiors. - Layoffs at the highest levels, especially from the US to save money. Then, lack of managers and mentors, which is disastrous. They are only hiring in Buenos Aires and India currently. - This company hires junior people but there is no mentoring to learn. People end up leaning on their teammates and doing what they can. The quality of the work is obviously mediocre. - Employees are not provided with tools that would make our work easier, even though there have been strong directives to increase productivity and quality. The company does not invest the necessary resources to modernize itself. The software is so old.
