Fantastic people and good opportunities to build up a skillset that will allow you to progress your career elsewhere after a couple of years. It is a very comfortable and supportive environment and there is the opportunity to move to different offices around the world if you want to.
Cons
Having grown rapidly over the past few years there is frequently a disconnect between the vision of the Chairman and the reality of the services on offer. Standards vary across the business and little is done to address weak performances. Salaries are below market rate and senior managemnet do not do enough to retain top performers, resulting in a bunch of stale, mediocre managers who do not appear to be capable to making the necessary decisions that would make this company great.
