Lost in the Abstract world of Frost & Sullivan - Anonymous employee Frost & Sullivan Employee Review

Their methodology is flawed. Pity they pretend to be unaware of it. Without any resource / investment towards creating a sound methodology, the company relies heavily on abstract jargon used in the corporate world. I am just wondering why a company with so many dissatisfied staff is trying to offer Growth strategy to other companies while not using one on themselves. Maybe they know it would not work. More importantly, I have not seen any concrete consulting work being done there. It is just an extension of market research and new comers, please dont get carried away by the fancy website and HR speech
