Pros

As frost predominatly works with Blue Chip companies in the 8-industries it services, you will get fantastic exposure to senior management of these firms and get insight into their business strategies. Working long hours is not expected and work - life balance is ok. You will also get to network with business KOL's at events that Frost organises and attends.

Cons

There are issues with the quality of the work that is delivered to clients, junior staff are often assigned to manage projects and because of their lack of business knowledge often reports are substandard. This is exaccerbated by senior managers often not being bothered to review the work before it goes out. This lack of care damages the firms reputation and so far I have not seen any actions being taken to address the situation adequately. Clearly many semior managers are unsuited to a leadership role and are more interested in endless internal meetings and procedures designed to make it look like they are busy rather than helping develop lasting relationships with clients. zero benefits!

Pros

I get to work from home

Cons

I haven't gotten my earned raises in 6 years. The only way you get your bonus is if you quit.
