Initially was the believe in one of their key belief in Growth System which naively assumed they'll have the Best Practices themselves

Terrible leadership skills from the management. To be exact, there was no leadership involved in majority of the managers. The top receive good paid and that's what they care the most. A place for you to just go to work, follow the instructions from the dictators. Be smart in kissing up and play internal politics. Then you'll be safe and that's the way to get yourself promoted and getting great assignments for a smoother life.
