The compensation is downright awful. There is too much focus on quantity at the expense of quality - writing reports, awards, etc. I can clearly say that pay issues alone have caused extremely high employee turnover rates in the facility where I've worked; Frost' global model involves seeking out low-cost countries and positioning staff there, thus paying low salaries, while charging US$ rates - seen in such places in India, Poland, Argentina - the largest global facility is chennai, wherein also a bulk of the work gets done, across geographical regions is known as GIC - Global Innovation Centre, though, in all fairness, I see nothing innovative being done from any of the other facilities in Frost or those of competitors
