Employees are so helpful and HR department was professional

there are no cons in the company

My direct leadership is great. The organization as a whole is chaotic. There is very little company cohesion because they don't promote much of it throughout the day to day. Even the meetings they host monthly are all pre-recorded. Makes us most all feel disconnected.
