      Pros

      Abides by the laws of the country and the overall good practices of an major employer. It is a part of the swiss transnational company "Nestle".

      Cons

      The idustry is hard and and there is very small profit in the production of ice cream and frozen desserts. At least thats what we are told.

      Pros

      My direct leadership is great. The organization as a whole is chaotic. There is very little company cohesion because they don't promote much of it throughout the day to day. Even the meetings they host monthly are all pre-recorded. Makes us most all feel disconnected.
