Pros
The job had great perks, office parties, and the overall morale of the firm was great. Benefits package unmatched. Staff sports leagues were a pretty nice touch.
Cons
If you work at the particular office I worked in, you will have to suffer with a micro-managing Office Manager. They have their good days, but the bad.. were bad. Reviews of similarly labeled employees were legitimately cut and paste. If you had one minor hiccup close to review time, that totally outweighed the good for the previous 11 months. Pay for work volume could've been better considering the firm is large and based out of two headquarters.
