      Pros

      For the most part your schedule is flexible, overtime is available, and some employees are great to work around

      Cons

      Leadership is a bit messy and unorganized. Training is horrible, guidance is absent. Very reactive not proactive, labs are chaotic, inventory is not accounted for.
