Everything, you're being pushed every which way they demand mandatory overtime which changes how they do it every month or so, so if you have a family might as well say goodbye to them you won't be seeing much of them and when you do you are way too tired to do anything with them. They want quantity not quality, people are falling asleep at seidenadors due to sitting at them non-stop, understaffed, poor management, morale is down because no one tells the truth about anything. For what we do we are underpaid.
