My team has a great boss and a good boss's boss. Very good health insurance. Excellent relocation package. Most of the employees really care about the work and treat each other well. A million problems to keep you engaged. Nice big building that recently completed construction.
Cons
Employees are always "busy" with inefficient non-value-added work or fire-fighting. Terrible document management system. Upper management has a toxic culture: unrealistic and unnecessary deadlines reinforced with shouting, no respect for work/life balance, high bus factor on all engineers and managers, no transparency, never collect or respond to feedback from their employees, no safety culture/emphasis, no interest in continuous improvement or making processes more efficient, always distracted by the new and shiny. Zero paid parental leave. No "extra-curriculars" like groups you can join to network with similar people or improve yourself. Poorly-paved, overcrowded parking lot. Limited advancement opportunities.
