They fired all the directors and managers at the same time. Upper management hired their friends and demanded Chang without knowing their true job or the company processes. Since then there have been atleast 7 employees a week quitting at the site. Upper management has stated at a meeting if you don’t like it here you can quit to the whole company. The managers who have been their awhile know nothing and are completely useless if you have questions. One group is just milking it until retirement because I have never seen them doing their job.
