Management is extremely Pathetic and follows hire and fire rule. No professionalism. Pretends to be good to all the new hire for few months and later create lot of pressure, situations, where new hire decides to leave the org. Poor on Diversity and Inclusion, prefer hiring their own preferred religion workers. No growth opportunities. Work life gets impacted, as lot of work stress is created within the org.
