      money. opportunities to move up with the company. health benefits are good. getting payed weekly is a plus. being reconized for busting my butt!

      crappy hours sometimes. never enough people on the floor for help. some co-workers are not friendly and like to spread rumors.

      If you have good relationship with your manager and you can trust them to have your back, it is an amazing place to work, and you will find success easy.

      If you have lost the confidence of your manager, or have bad communication with your manager, it makes it very hard to be seen and be successful.
