      Pros

      People work as a team for a common goal. You also get the face to face with customers and determine how best to serve them.

      Cons

      It all rolls downhill. If you are at the bottom of the food chain you will have the most stress. The jobs in the deli are considered the hardest jobs for the least amount of pay. You make less than a cashier but have way more responsibilities.

      If you have good relationship with your manager and you can trust them to have your back, it is an amazing place to work, and you will find success easy.

      Cons

      If you have lost the confidence of your manager, or have bad communication with your manager, it makes it very hard to be seen and be successful.
