Pros
Made more money here at the hourly rate after enough time was put in; co-workers are mostly all awesome, fun people; generally a fun work environment; because you could not be guaranteed full time (all grocery store environments are like this, it's sometimes a struggle to get hours) taking time off was difficult and could easily be scheduled in advance and was almost always approved if reasonable; HR was pretty great too!; great employee discount on just about everything with a barcode
Cons
Garden City at night can be scary, lots of meth-heads will wander in and steal a lot and just be freaky in general; the newer female front end manager is absolutely completely awful, words cannot explain how crappy she is; it can be slow at nights but sometimes that can make it more fun
