      Flexible hours decent pay Great Benefits Great Co-Workers God Management Overall it is a great place to work. I would recommend that anyone work for them.

      Cons

      The union, we are required to be a member of the union, yet I really do not see the union doing anything to help the employees.

      If you have good relationship with your manager and you can trust them to have your back, it is an amazing place to work, and you will find success easy.

      Cons

      If you have lost the confidence of your manager, or have bad communication with your manager, it makes it very hard to be seen and be successful.
