Pros
good benefits, flexible hours in most positions, good wage for nonskilled employees, opportunity for internal promotion, good place for young workers to gain experience.
Cons
Pay is low for people with apply able skills, high management enjoys their work while lower management seems to despise it, lower level management and employees can be somewhat questionable.
