      Pros

      Great Meat Manager, always helpful and happy, great people that work hard there, I have a great staff too! Have great benefits too. Lot of new stuff to learn all at once.

      Cons

      Some of the management, not very friendly, got yell at on the floor, need to talk to employees in back, so customers don't hear, not professional at all. Some of the other employees are not friendly either.

      If you have good relationship with your manager and you can trust them to have your back, it is an amazing place to work, and you will find success easy.

      Cons

      If you have lost the confidence of your manager, or have bad communication with your manager, it makes it very hard to be seen and be successful.
