      Pros

      The store level employees are (mostly) fantastic, even management. The customers at this location are generally nice. Flexible hours. Decent pay for the positions available. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Corporate does not respect it's employees in the least. They teach leadership models that they do not demonstrate themselves. Safety is a constantly talked about issue and yet the store has displays that are completely impossible to work with in a safe manner.

      Pros

      I would say the most important Pros is benefits for all employees and employee's discount.

      Cons

      Even though it says "flexible hours", it is not really flexible. The pay is not fair. Cashiers in non-food departments get less pay than cashiers in front-end doing the same job. The management is different by the store as well as the work environment and culture.
