      Pros

      The pay is ok compared to other stores, but not a lot for all the work expected close to my home like the discounts good insurance

      Cons

      customers can be harsh and rude and very messy not enough staff to deal with all the customers (which can explain their rudeness) back up checking (this means leaving your job to go cover a checkstand) not enough staff...yeah I cant say this enough there seems to be a lot of game playing and backstabbing by managment

      Pros

      If you have good relationship with your manager and you can trust them to have your back, it is an amazing place to work, and you will find success easy.

      Cons

      If you have lost the confidence of your manager, or have bad communication with your manager, it makes it very hard to be seen and be successful.
