      Nice environment. Employee discount. Hours better than most.

      Cons

      Minimal raises do not keep up with cost of living. Corporate adds on so many tasks you are behind everywhere, makes it hard to focus on patient care and interactions. Corporate has reduced labor hours to well beyond unsafe conditions, expect to run non-stop all day.

      If you have good relationship with your manager and you can trust them to have your back, it is an amazing place to work, and you will find success easy.
