Pros and Cons - Grocery Clerk Fred Meyer Employee Review

Very flexible schedule and accommodating

Sometimes managers are a hit or miss

I would say the most important Pros is benefits for all employees and employee's discount.

Even though it says "flexible hours", it is not really flexible. The pay is not fair. Cashiers in non-food departments get less pay than cashiers in front-end doing the same job. The management is different by the store as well as the work environment and culture.
