New hotel poor leadership, company was not upfront w/ job duties expected for the compensation received like, having to service a NY hotel as well as the Boston property. Most of the employees are a cast of colorful characters who lack a basic understanding of common sense or common decency. All upper management is Caucasian lower positions are treated like slaves , Most disgusting experience was when racist comments by other employees were reported to HR and no corrective action was taken, but only tolerated. Fired the company immediately after the culture became clear.
