Pros
Pleasant working environment. The company does many things to keep employee morale high.
Cons
Health and dental insurance are very expensive and not conducive to employees with families. The insurance itself is bad enough, but on top of that the firm pays only a small portion of the premiums. The firm does not know how to fire people who underperform. This brings down other employees who work hard. If more underperforming employees were off payroll, there would be more money for management to spend on the employer portion of health and dental premiums. There is no mentoring program for employees. Employees are expected to figure out how to advance on their own. This leads to employees not reaching their full potential. The firm is understaffed in certain areas, causing other employees to put in too many hours.
