- IT infrastructure is truly shocking I’m amazed anything gets done - Management of the group brand and marketing function is inept at best. It was left in the incapable hands of a toxic cabal once the CMO sadly left last year - Duty of care for staff is genuinely awful. When I had time off unwell (signed off by a doctor), I was docked salary for some of the time I had off - Expectation that you work/check emails out of hours and while on holiday(!) - During my tenure I had major concerns with my manager (both bullying and discrimination) which were formally raised with HR; I never even received a response. Amazed they don’t get taken to tribunal’s more regularly with an HR team that’s that unresponsive. In the end I left and was so glad I got out - A truly terrible experience - avoid at all costs
