- Nice people - Fair amount of autonomy - Good technical competency in Accounting, Tax practices - Financial Services industry experience is strong
Cons
- Glacial internal speed change in response to external market changes - Focus on small and medium size companies; little ability to compete with Big 4-type firms on larger clients - Lack of diversity - If you're not part of where the leaders came from, you won't get promoted - Benefits are awful, unless of course you're a partner - Consulting (GRC and Management Consulting) practice not supported by leadership at any level - Low investment in training
