Pros
Hmm, can't think of any, perhaps all the head hunter leads that are shared. Location is quite nice, but guessing that's reflected in the health care costs.
Cons
Upper mgmt/ ptrs need a reality check about the toxic culture they've created but continue on ignoring comments made by staff. There should not be an intimidation factor when speaking up.
