      -Looking after the team after a coworker death after cancer. -My team is great. Everyone is good. -Allows you a lot of freedom on how you perform your tasks

      Cons

      -Not much accountability when things don't work out, though I think this is because freedom is higher -Lots of changes poorly communicated in the last few years

      Culture is important to the company, if you like the values, you'll fit in nicely and find the workplace enjoyable

      Cons

      Company is working on becoming global, timezones are difficult to deal with and require tremendous personal flexibility.
