      * decent pay * flexible hours

      Cons

      * endless redundancies, year after year * a lot of empire-building, favoritism and toxic culture * note that the actively use cameras to spy on staff in the head office, so be viligent at all times (which you have to agree to when signing a contract)

      Culture is important to the company, if you like the values, you'll fit in nicely and find the workplace enjoyable

      Company is working on becoming global, timezones are difficult to deal with and require tremendous personal flexibility.
