      Some nice people. Good salary and bonus.

      Cons

      A lot of incompetence at a senior level. Career growth based on length of service over actual performance or capability. Twiggy comes across like a cult leader and a large number of people revere him.

      Culture is important to the company, if you like the values, you'll fit in nicely and find the workplace enjoyable
