      Lovely people and environment to work in

      Cons

      Only critique would be still has a way to go with implementing processes, but it technically is a start up. Also constant change does leave some people quite uncertain at times

      Culture is important to the company, if you like the values, you'll fit in nicely and find the workplace enjoyable

      Cons

      Company is working on becoming global, timezones are difficult to deal with and require tremendous personal flexibility.
