      Pros

      Good people to work with although (senior) management can be a bit absent. Lots of interesting projects to work on. Compensation and benefits probably the best on the Terrace.

      Cons

      Chaos and stretch target. Company is forever pivoting to new things or implementing stretch targets that are impossible to achieve no matter how many resources you throw at them. Some study teams are fatpacking their estimates, hogging budget.

      Culture is important to the company, if you like the values, you'll fit in nicely and find the workplace enjoyable

      Cons

      Company is working on becoming global, timezones are difficult to deal with and require tremendous personal flexibility.
