      Pros

      The company grows and an important hub for Ford It is known in the foreign companies. That might be an advantage if you want to move abroad.

      Cons

      - Offers the same wage for all. It does not matter if you work as software engineer or chassis engineer. - The wages are so poor for Istanbul. The company claims that the median wage is close to the defence industry but it is not even close. - So bureaucratic. Therefore it does not adapt fast the wage increases according to high inflation. - Poor work-life balance.
