It is part of Koç Holding. There are lots of opportunities to track the trends thanks to Koç Holding. There is lots of money to hire consultancy firms for anything.
Cons
Top management and Hr management staff is old fashioned. To think out of box, they hire consultancy firms. Culture cannot change unless management change their own mind. Management and core functions act like there is only one location of the company - Kocaeli. Employees forget other locations when they embark on a project or process. It needs an absolute cooperation mindset.
