Pros
People would see you as part of a "cool" company, with loads of knowledge of retailing products. The workmates are, in my opinion, the best part of this job.
Cons
It has focused on selling their loyalty card rather than improving their service. Salaries have decreased and now the most important part is selling whatever, rather than helping the customers.
