Pros
Fair compensation and good benefits. There are a lot of smart people in the product and engineering and the environment is overall friendly and accepting. HR is trying to help people promote WLB and diversity. The company support changing roles but career progression in the product is somewhat limited.
Cons
Product delivery is lacking good delivery processes, focus and proper prioritization. Product managers are left to deal with hundreds of development issues, mainly coordinating between engineering teams rather than moving products forward. Product managers rarely have time for user research and experimentation as they have to deal with delivery issues. Balancing work and life is extremely difficult for someone who cares. The organizational hierarchy has too many layers of management, which makes it harder to communicate.
