      Good benefits. Unlimited holiday. Hybrid working.

      Where to start... 2 years of making apps and user experience worse. Not caring about the customers. Backwards technology decisions. Many many many many redundancies. Complete breakdown of any culture or identity. Clueless leadership team with eyes only on $$$. What was once the best place to work I would now urge anybody to avoid if you value career progression, meaningful work, new and progressive technology, care for users.

      Good pays for what it is

      The team leader situation is quite messy at the moment. There are two customer service team leaders, and each follows their own set of rules and expectations. This creates inconsistency across the department, where some colleagues receive certain benefits or flexibility that others do not, depending on which team leader they report to.
