Pros
Love working here, benefits are great, flexibility is present and not just “said”, the work is challenging and always evolving but there is so much to get involved in it’s brilliant. Progression from what Iv witnessed is present, people are always being promoted which is nice to see. The wellbeing and L&D offers are great and overall it’s a very positive environment to work in.
Cons
High turnover, a lot of change in the business resulting in a lot of movement, internal and external . The business is growing and focused on deliverable speed often it overlooks quality so it can have a domino affect on work volume etc
