Fluor has the best most challenging projects in the world. Usually the people you work with are first class professionals. Their projects always require a high degree of quality and stress safety every single day. Fluor's clients are also first class such as Exxonmobil and Shell. Fluor is a EPCM contractor. The can provide a client with everything, not matter where it is or how hard it is.
Cons
Fluor's projects are usually very big and usually they are in some very rough locations. It requires long periods of time away from your family. When you sign on to these projects it is a job where you will give them 10 to 14 hours a day. That's the job.
