      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity exists to bring modern thoughts and skills and processes into this laggard.

      Cons

      Buddy system leads to lots of fat, bad erformance and a company destined to fail. Look at the CEO -- voted among the top 25 worst perfroming. And since his arrival he's done nothing to lead.
