Meh - Manager Fluor Employee Review

Awful PTO set up. I was on a joint venture project with several other companies and our PTO (called TOWP) was the worst out of all of them. You have to accrue holidays. The whole time I worked there the company had a policy of austerity so pay raises were reserved only for "top performers."
